I'm Aly, a wellbeing coach, yoga teacher, breath coach, and instructor in mindfulness- based stress reduction. And like you - a business professional!

I have been always an ambitious person, however, my commitment to my career had made me postponing my gym classes, withdrawing from social activities, and ruminating about work even when I was already at home. I forgot how to prioritize myself – and at some point I was already trapped in a vicious cycle of responsibilities & stress – losing the control over my life. I was so drained that I was already waking up with anxiety and back pain – but I didn`t know how to step out of it. That was the point where I realized something had to change. I attended mindfulness and yoga programs and made my
health a choice and commitment. I learned how to handle the daily challenges and integrate wellbeing in my busy schedule.
