As a business professional I have 8+ years experience in finance and understand completely the daily challenges other professionals in an office-like environment are facing nowadays. I am a certified instructor in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction), yoga, and breathing techniques and I use exactly those tools in all my programs. They successfully helped me to overcome a burnout and chronic health problems – and I can teach you how they can do the same for you.
- WELLBEING PILOT -
This transformational 8 week program will help you to become your own wellbeing pilot! During the program you will learn how to fully integrate your wellbeing in your daily challenges and use anti-stress tools that work best for you. This program combines all my expertise and knowledge in one package to provide you with the best result possible.

- CORPORATE FITNESS -
Working in an office for almost a decade I understand the physical challenges you may face on a daily basis.
With the Corporate Fitness Program I include exercises that specifically address these challenges of professionals in an office-like environment – each session only takes 30 min of your time.
This program is right for you if:
- you sit long-hours and have a lack of movement
- you suffer from work-related physical issues, like chronic back pain, stiffed neck and joints
- you want to relief stress, increase relaxation, and improve your sleep
- you have a tight schedule but would still like to focus on your physical wellbeing
It totally depends on your needs.
- each session will only take you 30 minutes which you can easily do during your lunch break
- choose either the virtual home-office format or practice with me in the facilities of your company
- group sessions or individual coaching – you decide
- sessions normally include exercises focusing on posture, flexibility, core and back strength, and joint mobility

Whether you want to learn with a structured plan and additional guidance OR whenever it’s best for you – you can choose between two options: Either 8 weeks 1:1 with me or self-paced in your own rhythm.
