DURING THIS ONLINE TRANSFORMATIONAL 8-WEEK PROGRAM YOU WILL LEARN:
The sessions are focused on working with the body, the mind, and the breath by addressing the mental and physical challenges professionals in an office-like environment are confronted with. We will practice together easy practical techniques that you will learn to apply throughout your day.
In addition to the practical sessions, the interactive workshops will help you to gain clarity about your own reactive stress patterns, how to manage and prevent stress, how to integrate more self-care in a busy schedule and more.
Outside of the practical sessions and workshops you will receive tasks that you have to follow and integrate in your day to day life. Practicing to implement the techniques in your schedule already during the program purposes to help you develop a routine – which you will be able to continue afterwards.
Every person is has an individual background. I apply the same methods from my 8-week program, but adapt them to your personal needs and challenges.
